We welcome all custom orders and any basic adjustment can be made on the spot for no additional charges. All our decals are made from the thinnest and highest quality vinyl to ensure our decals look just like they are painted on the surface. In addition, every decal is carefully thought through by our professional installers to make sure the installations are as easy as possible. Every decal is easy to install and anyone can put them up. All instructions will be submitted inside the package and video instructions made available on the Surface Flik website. Payment All decal orders are made on our online Etsy store at http://surfaceflik.etsy.com Payments are required at check out. We will not ship your package until we receive your full payment. Orders are made via PayPal, and you may pay with a credit card, e-check and/or PayPal balance. Please note that if you’re ordering outside of Canada, there might be custom charges associated with your package and you are fully responsible for them. All prices provided are in USD and only Canadians are subjected to 5% GST. Refunds and exchanges All orders come with a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee. If there is anything wrong with your order, let us know and we will either replace your decal or provide you with a full refund (excluding shipping charges). Any mistakes made by the user during the installation can be replaced by us for free or for a nominal charge. Shipping All orders are made through Canada Post and we ship worldwide. Orders made within Canada and the US take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to arrive. All packages are insured and come with the tracking information.
